: Any of the following persons shall be deemed ineligible for the office of Member:-
(a) Non-Nepali citizens,
(b) being a member of a political party,
(c)     not having attained the age of thirty years and having attained the age of sixty-five years,
(d)    drunkenness or unsound mind,
(e) If the creditor fails to pay his debt, he falls into debt,
(f)    having been found guilty by a court of law on a criminal charge involving moral turpitude,
(g) having any financial interest with the Fund,
(h) blacklisted under prevailing law,
(j) being an employee of any protected member organization or member organization.
